Residential Emergency Water Damage Extraction in Sunrise
Most of our Sunrise work is residential. Single-family homes in Welleby and New River Estates, condos and townhomes in Sawgrass, and 55-plus communities in Sunrise Lakes. The scenarios repeat: a water heater fails, a supply line bursts, a storm pushes rain through a roof vent, or a toilet overflows and reaches the unit below. What changes is the building, and that changes how we work. In a single-family home we can open walls and run equipment without asking anyone. In a condo, we coordinate with the HOA and the neighbor. Either way, the goal is the same: get the water out, dry the structure, and give you a clean file for your insurance claim.
When water is on the floor in your Sunrise home, we extract the same day you call. Truck-mounted units pull standing water from carpet, tile, and hardwood, and we set air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the structure. Most Sunrise calls get a technician on site within the hour.
Older Sunrise homes in Sunrise Lakes and Welleby deal with aging copper and galvanized lines. We locate the break with a thermal imaging camera and borescope camera, extract the water, and dry the wall cavity with wall cavity drying vents. We also flag other suspect lines so you can plan a repipe.
From June through November, storms push water through roofs, windows, and doors across Sunrise. We tarp active breaches, extract water from ceilings and walls, and dry the assembly with air movers and desiccant dehumidifiers. We document everything in Xactimate for your claim.
Sawgrass has a lot of shared-wall construction, and water travels fast between units. We extract from both sides, dry the upper floor and the lower ceiling, and produce separate documentation packets for each owner's adjuster so nobody has to argue about responsibility.
- Upfront pricing before we start, so you know the number before the truck rolls.
- Direct insurance documentation in Xactimate, so your adjuster sees line items they recognize.
- Daily moisture monitoring until the structure reads dry to standard, not just dry to the touch.
